Payment conditions - Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Le Vasa Resort accepts Visa and MasterCard. One night's non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking either by credit card or bank transfer. Guests may have the option to pay entire stay prior to arrival or Payment is required in full upon arrival. Prices may be subject to change based on exchange rates
Policies & Other Information

Cancellation/No-show Policies
Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation/no-show policies will apply:
• Cancellations 30-21 days prior to booking date: 25% of stay
• Cancellations 20-15 days prior to booking date: 50% of stay
• Cancellations 14-8 days prior to booking date: 75% of stay
• Cancellations 7 days prior to booking date: 100% full stay
• No shows or days not used due to delayed arrival or premature depature for any reason: ALL cancellations must be forwarded to Le Vasa Resort in writing or by email.

Late check-out policy
Late check-out can be arranged if requested in advance and based on room availability

Children policy
• Children over 10 are welcome year round
• Children under 10 are welcome during the holiday season defined as June 15 - July 15, Dec 15 - Jan 15. Manager discretion applies
• Child policy is in place for insurance reasons as all of our facilities are right on the water, guests visiting with children must be aware of them at all times. We do not have a life guard amd will be not be held responsible for their safety.
